"The Curious Kookie" my new website!
Hey everyone, I just created a new website (featuring my long-lost Kookie character) and I think that you should check it out. So far, I only have the homepage done, but that will change soon. Poverty : Not Acceptable
'Tis the season and all the big charity groups are out there to make sure the poor get something for Christmas. Â It's the only time of year when people accept that, yes Virginia, there are poor people in our society and, no, they don't want to be. At least at Christmas a poor family can give their kids presents and, possibly, a nice dinner, just like the rich folk.In our society living below the poverty line is unacceptable. Countdown to ....something
In 48 hours, we should have an internet connection that does not compel my browser to time out at the speed of light. In the interim, there is a partner who has picked this week to disregard the "ensure adequate ventilation" warning on some sealant, with the full-anti-meal-deal and other charming prospects arising.
