'Tis The Season
I realize that in large majority of folks celebrate Christmas. Now I am not a total grinch and do get into the spirit of the season. However, I am Jewish and do not celebrate Christmas. In all of the hundreds of comments I have received, I have gotten ONE Happy Hanukkah. There are so many religions that celebrate different holidays at this time of year. We have had some reports that a few members are using the internal message system here at Zubby for their new creative spamming technique. I just want to say that this is a violation of Zubby.com's TOS and we are sending this message to all of our members so you can see that we are taking action against this. Spam = Quality or Quantity?
It's just annoying ( to me ) and I'm sure others,.. when the bulletin boards get full of " best program on the net" , " Earn money now " etc etc... Post your ads on your page,.. create a group, but no spamming in the blog section and bulletins! Also Randy sent out an email, if you get caught sending messages to people as spam you will be warned the first time and the second time you will be banned!I know you all want to make money I too have my biz ops but you guys need to quit breaking the rule... The Hypocrisy of MySpace
Why is it that MySpace users, whether it's bands, artists or individuals, are not allowed to send mass messages (or Spam, as they call it) to other MySpace users, yet MySpace Records do it for their artists?
Isn't this just a little bit unfair, not to mention hypocritical? So, it's okay for Tom or MySpace to spam us all with messages about Sherwood or any other band now on MySpace Records, but if a normal MySpace user tries it, they can have their account deleted? Where's the fairness in t... Read More
