This was what I experienced from some admin and support staff of websites in less than a year.  They don't even know their own product, service or system!  Many of the support staff will hide their errors from management.  They will ignore your communications until you get tired of emailing them.  Some even delete your emails or tickets at that!  To read more please click HERE....
