A Little Disclaimer, if you are faint of heart or easily offended by words, DON'T READ ON!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I received a photo comment from a gal on here who I don't THINK is a US citizen. At least, I hope that is her reason for leaving such a comment, that she didn't know any better.
I am one of those people who doesn't tolerate racism in ANY form, nor any joking around using racial slurs or slang terms.
Where I am from: no matter *who* is saying the word, and no matter what *variation* of the word is being used, that word is NOT allowed.
Ever. Period. End Of Story. The "N" word is racist, obscene, vulgar, rude, and dangerous.
Where I grew up, anyone using that word will probably end up in the hospital, in fact a friend of mine pissed off some guy in town, so this guy went and told his buddies that my friend called them all the "N" word.
These guys caught up with my friend, who was with another friend of his at the time and they beat the shit out of them, seriously injuring them both, and putting my buddies friend in the hospital.
AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ACTUALLY SAY THE WORD LIKE THE GUY TOLD THEM THEY DID! THEY WERE INNOCENT!
Please do not post anything like that on my page.
So I told this gal who put this comment up:
"Just in case you aren't from the USA or don't speak english very well, the words (AND I USED THE WORDS JUST IN CASE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I MEANT BY "N" WORD, and I am assuming she DIDN'T know if she also didn't know the history of the word, so PLEASE bear with me!): "nigger", "Niger", "Nigga", "Niga", "Negro", "Nig", "Nig Nig" or any other variations of those words
*are negative slang words used for black/ african people.*Due to the USA's past history of: black slavery, segrigation, racism, and hate crimes against black/ african people, those words aren't acceptable in todays american society.
I hope you understand."
And, I hope she DOES understand and that she doesn't get any hate mail from people that are less understanding of the situation.
