Click on the green button at the top labled "embed" and the video screen will change into a Terms & Conditions page. Write down your email and select I Accept, then click Next.
Chose the size you want your video to be, and select the Auto-Play version of it. The reason for this is so that it autoloads each time your profile is opened, and you get credits for everytime it plays a video ;). When you have chosen the layout, click Next.
When the Code screen opens, click on "Copy", go to your blogs/other friend network sites you might have and paste it there.
