My house is over a 100 years old but you couldn`t tell it.It has all the old original woodwork and frames throughout the house and the shutter doorways,absolutely beautiful. I am so sorry for the really late reply,but, our girls are all prego,and the youngest one, with the baby girl that will be 2 in october, is due with baby girl #2 any day now. we ended up having to give up our house because the cosigner turned out to be the actual owner,and wasn't supposed to 9according to his purchase agreement) sublet the house,so the bank talked to our next door neighbor,and asked them to warn us,the renters that the house was going into foreclosure and to stop paying rent,since owner hadn't paid any of the mortgage payments since before christmas,and we moved in in january. at this point, it was june,when we finally vacated. the bank was so nice to us,and even paid us $1,000 to help us move. also in the process of getting back into school. signed up for university of phoenix,to earn my associate in arts for business degree,and hopefully,if all goes well, i will graduate in 18 months. it's all online,so i don't have to worry about transportation. yay, i can't wait to start.been putting this off for 23 years.
