Hey Darlin,

To the Right above the Leave me a Comment box in the Light blue area, you'll see the letters HTML.  If you click on that you'll open a box where you can paste the code for the comment of your choice.  Then click on the button at the bottom left of that box to Update.  Then click the Submit Comment Button to send it.

I hope that clears everything up for you, byt I'm grateful that  you're even trying to send comments that reflect the Sweetness that is you.
