Hey, I've not forgotten about you. I've been pretty sick. I'm getting ready to go in for surgery tomorrow. I wanted to see how the non-smoking is going. I was so glad to hear that you cut back so much. Great job!!! I hope I can get back on here today, but if not, I'll be in the hospital for about a week. Keep up the good work and GO FOR IT!!!
Hey, How is the NO SMOKING going? I wish you lots of success with that. I picked up my first cigarette in my 30's. Smoked a year, quit..when to a stressful job and started again, smoke two more years after that and quit. I've got an addictive personality, so when I was smoking it was ALOT and when I don't, I just don't. But I can understand how hard the addiction can be to quit. I'm behind you 100%. Keep up the good work and remember, one day at a time.
