I can't begin to list the number of opportunities I have introduced to where my upline promises spillover because of their efforts, etc etc. Needless to say, I never see any spillover and it is hard to generate an income if you don't have people in your team.
Recently I joined a group who are building their team in preparation of a new company launch that will take place soon. They have developed a unique method of building their team by only allowing each person to have 4 personal referrals (even though the actual company allows more). BUT by having just 4 personals, they can help each and every member achieve success. If you have your 4 and more people register using your link, they are immediately allocated to someone else who needs a personal and that member benefits from any fast start bonuses etc.
Now I know there are going to be many heavy recruiters who won't like this idea because they prefer to make their fast start bonuses and are not too concerned about the success of the rest of the team. But if you see the long term advantages and realise that by sharing the wealth you are going to contribute to everyone's success, then you will have no problem giving up initial fast start bonuses.
