Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t the folk who want me to bail them out of the financial mess they’ve gotten this nation in the same folk who didn’t want to help my friends when they were losing their homes to foreclosure? Seems to me I recall these skeezers calling my friends financially wreckless, incompetent and irresponsible. My, oh, my how the tables have turned. Who on earth could possibly be more financially inept than those who have brought this whole nation’s economy to collapse?! It looks to me as though pots (skeezers) are calling kettles (tax payers) black, but answer this question. Which is the greater of the two evils? Is it a family who had to default on a home loan because of losing their job, or the exorbitantly paid financial geniuses whose greed brought the economy of the greatest nation on the planet to its near-demise?
I remember the skeezers saying that the Government should by no means bail out those average working class Americans who had lost their homes to foreclosure. They said it was my friends’ greed, incompetence and wreckless behavior that brought them to their own financial ruin. Therefore, there would be no Government bailouts. You got yourselves into the mess you’re in, so you take responsibility for your wreckless acts and get yourself out --- there will be no Government bailouts for you, said the skeezers. Their words need to be thrown right back at them because as a person judges another, so shall they too be judged. Since the skeezers judged my friends as they did, the same judgment must apply to them. Right? In fact, they should be chastised more harshly for their inept financial dealings because the public put complete trust in their abilities to make sound financial decisions for the good of all, but they didn’t.
Given the skeezers didn’t want the Government bailing out my friends who lost their homes, I don’t want my tax dollars used to bail them out of the financial crises they’ve got this country in. Us tax payers shouldn’t be forced to bail out a bunch of deceptive greedy rogues who’ve brought this economy to its current critical state. The skeezers didn’t want to help average working Americans who lost their homes to foreclosure, so I don’t want to help those money gluttons out of the economic mess they’ve gotten this country in. Let them pay the damages out of their own pockets, and leave tax dollars be.
There’s one thing I don’t think U.S. leaders, politicians and the wealthy elite understand. Poor folk like me can weather severe financial crises because our whole lives have been one big financial crisis from paycheck to paycheck. We’re used to it. When President Bush started yapping all that fear in his speech about a 21st century depression if we didn’t bail Wall Street out now, I flipped a bird to the TV screen and said out loud, Screw you and the horse you rode in on! I’ve been in an economic depression all of my adult life. A 21st century one wouldn’t be anything to me but another day. Armageddon means the end, right? So, I say bring it on. I’m ready for the end because I’m tired of life and living it. Depression and Armageddon don’t scare me one damn bit. I welcome an end to all of this crap --- disappointment after disappointment, failure after failure, doing the right things in life only for the right things NOT to happen in your life as you planned, dreams deferred, hopes lost, stupid politicians, ignorant financial leaders --- which is all the more reason I don’t want my tax dollars being used to bail out any reprobate mammon mongers!
Let them experience REAL LIFE as all of us working poor Americans have to do every single day of our lives. Let’s see how the skeezers would manage if they had to live through a 21st century depression. Folk like me would survive it. We have to every day. Would the skeezers? No. That’s why they want to use my hard earned tax dollars to bail their sorry asses out, and I detest the thought of being forced to do so.

I loathe the idea of having to bail out Wall Street with my hard earned tax dollars. That money should be going towards universal healthcare or better education and not to bail out this nation’s economy because of self-serving decisions made by a bunch of covetous, reprobate, inept, hedonistic, unethical shysters.
Why should I -- a single, working class, no-property-owning, debt-ridden, middle-aged, struggling from paycheck-to-paycheck, average American Jane -- bail out this nation’s economy when I didn’t do anything to create the mess this nation is in?!
I work every week day, earn meager wages, don’t have any savings, don’t own a home, never take vacations (I can't afford them), don't attend events or go to nice restaurants (I can't afford to) and live from paycheck to paycheck with scarcely enough to pay my bills. So much money gets deducted from my bi-weekly earnings that I question the logic and worth of my being a law abiding citizen every payday. But Wall Street fat cats want me to bail them out of the mess they've gotten this country's economy in?! Surely, they jest.
The Government already takes out a huge portion of my miniscule earnings. I'm barely making it financially, now, yet the Government wants to take even more of my paycheck to bail out Wall Street?! I think not! Why should I be made responsible for the catastrophic unsound nonsensical financial decisions made by a bunch of lying, greedy, degenerate, ruthless, bigoted, asinine heathens and morons?! I didn't create the damn mess. They did! Make them pay!
There’s a scripture in the Bible that says: Those to whom much is given, much is required. So, why aren't these rich money-mongering asses being made accountable for their actions?! I don't understand. If you’ve been given the sacred trust of lording over personal, national and international finances, then you have a responsibility to use wisdom and prudence in managing these monies. If you screw up, then you should be made accountable for your wrongdoings. Quit shifting blame. You did the dirty bad, so ‘fess up, pay the consequences and do right forward.
It's so simple. Abide by the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Do you want someone screwing with your money?! Then don't screw with other people's money! If you so choose, then remember this: You reap what you sow. In other words: What goes around, comes around. Get a spine & do your time. Pay your debt to society. Let's use the assets you've gotten by unethical means to rectify this nation's economy. The Wall Street madmen and Republican rogues need to pay for the financial mess they've gotten this country in. Not us working poor average Americans!
Those Wall Street fat cats get paid big bucks to make sound financial decisions for the good of their clients, the economy and our nation. They’ve been esteemed as the smartest, best educated, most financially astute and knowledgeable in the world of finance. They are compensated for their talents & skills with exorbitant salaries and outrageous bonuses. So, tell me where accountability comes into play? Where does the buck stop? Those fat cats making all that Wall Street money need to be responsible and made accountable for their actions.
By god, if a secretary took a box of pencils home from her job because her child needed them for school, she would get fired on the spot for stealing and would not be able to secure another job due to being labeled a thief. If a store clerk slipped $5 out of his cash register to buy a loaf of bread and a quart of milk for his family with the intention of paying that money right back as soon as he got paid the following day, that store clerk would get hauled off to jail and do time in the clinker for stealing. The secretary and the store clerk would have to pay for their crimes even though what they did and why they did it is understandable. The same standards should apply to those white collar criminals who've gotten this country's economy into the multi-billion dollar mess that it's in. The treason committed by these fat cats against this nation's economy is reprehensible. These traitors are abominable and should be incarcerated for the rest of their lives. They should also be made to pay money out of their own pockets for the damages they've done to this economy.
The heinous act of bringing this country’s economy to its near-demise by greedy mammon mongers is despicable. These rogues and traitors need to pay for the crimes they’ve committed against this nation. Wall Street leaders and money barons have committed treason against the United States of America, so treat them as the traitors they are. Imprison them, and do so in real prisons -- not plush Federal country club-like prisons. Send them to Rikers Island or Folsom Prison. Let these asses spend real time in real jails just as any other American Joe or Jane would have to. I’m sick of these white-collar, wussy-fluff, pansy rogues getting away with heinous crimes against hard working Americans. Who in hell do they think they are?! They’re no different from anyone else! Yet society coddles them and easily forgives the outrageous blasphemous crimes they commit against hard working average Americans such as myself.
I have the solution to getting this economy back on track. The IRS needs to seize all the assets of the guilty mammon mongers who’ve caused this nation's economic near-demise. Use THEIR money to bail out our nation's economy! Don’t use poor folks’ tax dollars like mine to get this economy out of a mess we didn’t get it in! Make those brilliant Wall Street financial geniuses pay for what’s happened. Make them accountable for the dire mess they got this country's economy in! Make those fat cats take ownership of what they've done and make them pay the consequences for their greed! Give these shysters the same dose of harsh reality that all us average Americans would have to endure if we committed such crimes. Seize their money, properties and all assets. Use that to pay off this country's debt and get the economy back on track. Lock up the criminals. Afterall, if you do the crime, then you've got to do the time. It's just that simple, so let's do it.
